Welcome to Pho Hong — a cozy, family-owned Vietnamese restaurant nestled in the heart of Burlington, Vermont. For years, we’ve been serving up bold flavors, steaming bowls of pho, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that keeps our guests coming back.

Our story began with a passion for sharing the rich culinary heritage of Vietnam. With generations of recipes passed down through our family, we set out to create a space where people could enjoy authentic Vietnamese cuisine made from scratch, using fresh, simple ingredients and time-tested techniques.

At Pho Hong, we’re best known for our signature pho — a deeply flavorful noodle soup with aromatic herbs, savory broth, and tender meats or tofu. But our menu goes far beyond that. From crispy spring rolls and mango salad to sizzling crepes and comforting rice bowls, there’s something for every palate — including clearly labeled vegetarian and vegan options.

We operate as a walk-in only, BYOB spot with a relaxed, casual vibe. Whether you're grabbing a quick lunch or settling in for a cozy dinner with friends, our goal is to make you feel like part of the family. Don’t be surprised if you see us working side by side as a team — from the youngest helping out at the counter to the elders stirring the pot.
